Self Love - Day 7: Dream Wedding

I've written about this before, in a tag post, on 17 November 2008 (wow how time flies!).
Sure, I've grown up, so I've updated some of the deets below.
This is gonna be a long one. Brace yourselves, people. Don't say I didn't warn you!

1.How old are you?
Twenny-one. Yes, I purposely spelled it that way. Twenty four end of March!

2. Are you single?
Single all the way. For now.

Jeremy Scott

OMG, gotta have these! Jeremy Scott designed for Swatch, and the outcomes are mind-blowingly awesome. While the winged and lightning watches are fabulously Marvel-worthy, the middle arty-framed one is more suitable for daily/work-wear, dont'cha think?
But I'd accept any which one, really ;)

The winged one is a throw-back to his previous concept of putting wings on bustiers, hoodies and sneakers.

Many people would associate JS with out-of-this-world designs. Examples range from teddy bears and television sets to tuxedos and Flintstones-bones. Adidas, Linda Farrow and even Longchamp love him!

Money like water

Facial wash dah nak habis.
Moisturizer pun.
Stock contact lenses dah nak habis (I can only wear daily disposable ones).
Teringin nak pakai Body Shop's Oceanus semula.
Mascara dah lama habis.
Fave black kohl pun sama.

All the above need money, but I simply don't know where my money's gone to.

Oh wait.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes in the past few weeks.

If I Was A (Materialistic) Rich Girl...

..which I think I am. Materialistic, not Rich.

(so many words in my head, all jumbled up, taktau nak tulis ape dulu, I'll starve for sure if I'm a writer)

For several months now, one of the first websites I go to whenever I log onto the Internet, are Malaysian blogshops. I know there are tonnes out there, where most sell clothes, but I am not the fashionable kind. I don't layer, I don't do vintage, I don't do chic. Clothes are not my thing (although it should, 'cause I keep recycling my daily wears).

But SHOES are, and forever will always be. Me being obsessed with shoes and always on the look-out for cheappo ones (Louboutin? What's that?), I trawl the World Wide Web for sites that sell, what else, shoes.

Review sites such as Dirty Stiletto are very convenient for us girls. The sites well, review shoes for us! And not any pair either, only the gorgeous and the oh-so-pretty ones. And I can cry looking at them, because I won't be able to get my hands on them, 99.99% of the time because of, you guessed it, my financial status. Haha.

This particular pair from tenladytoes were reviewed by DS sometime back, and my heart beat practically sped up when I saw them!

These are lovingly handmade on a pre-order basis by two girls who are based in Malaysia and Singapore (it's stated in their 'Our Story' section). Soo gorgeous!

Most of the shoes there are flats and sneakers with cute, cartoon-y, colorful designs, but these pair appealed to me the most. And considering they are custom made, the price is very reasonable! Having a CIMB click account doesn't help either. Just a few clicks and say bye-bye to your moolah! :/

(now why do I sound like a reviewer myself? LOL)

I may not get to have them (the curse of having big-sized feet, and the bank account balance that's depleting at an alarming rate), but it won't stop me from ogling the shoes. They are just too beautiful. Too gorgeous. Too pretty.

(yeah, my vocabs are limited to 'beautiful', 'gorgeous' and 'pretty')

Another site, Mezzanine, offers shoes (from stilettos to ballet flats) that are usually inspired by high-end brands, some are not. But all are again, gorgeous.

Hmm. Sangatlah suka okay. Kalau lah ade orang nak tolong belikan.. ;)

Despite all this, my first ever purchase was 3 whimsical wooden necklaces from Shopping Playground. Not for myself, but for Pik, Cito and Gen. Hehe.

Where do these fabulous people get their stuff??

I want to open my own blogshop later after I finish this episode of life in Kuantan. Sape nak join?

Lalala~

The one thing I wish I can have right now is this:

Well, not necessarily that. I want a portable music keyboard that I can carry anywhere and play. Carry and play. All thanks to Kema, I am now eating, drinking and sleeping keyboard. She bought one for her piano lessons, while this person has a piano at home - the heavy one, and still wants a keyboard. I want a keyboard so that when I play (I play very badly, thank you, due to lack of practice all those years while I was in JB), I can plug in a headphone so that other people won't have to suffer. I alone can hear all the gibberish stuff I'll play at that time.

Anyone out there who knows where I can get a cheap used/new portable keyboard for less than, say RM400? RM300?
Please, I don't have thousands of ringgit to buy me an expensive one. As long as it has full-sized keys (61 is good enough), sounds good, preferably with a headphone jack and AC adapter, is LIGHT WEIGHT and compact, has song-recording features and built-in metronome. Back-lit LCD screen is appreciated. No need all the fancy sound effects (applause/raindrops/birds chirping or whatever). I don't think I'll ever use that. I won't be writing children's songs. Or any song for that matter.
And please, can it be black in color? Tapi any color pun boleh lah. Beggars can't be choosers, right?

I know, I know. Where can I get this keyboard, with only RM400 to spend on it?
This people, is why I'm posting this entry.

Please. Does anyone know where I can get one?
